• How much do Cloudrun forecasts cost?

  Forecasts cost $48 per forecast day, pro-rated to the hour.

  For example, a 12-hour forecast costs $24, and a 3-day forecasts costs $144.

• Will my forecast cost more if it covers a larger area?

  No, we automatically scale the model resolution based on the size of your forecast region to provide the same price for the same forecast duration.

• How much does it cost to store my outputs on Cloudrun?

  Output storage costs $0.10 / GB / month, pro-rated to the second. First month of output storage after your forecast completes are free. You can download and delete your data at any time. When you keep your model output with Cloudrun, we ensure that your data is safe and that you can access it from anywhere in the world, any time.

• What happens if my WRF run fails?

  Occasionally, a custom WRF simulation can fail for a number of reasons. If your WRF run fails at any time due to Cloudrun failure, you will not be charged.

  We are committed to working closely with you to resolve any issues and to make sure that you get the best possible research and/or forecasting product.

• When will I be billed?

  We bill your credit card on file on the 1st of every month. This includes all forecasts you've made, and your monthly disk usage cost for all stored output files. Any credit you have will be applied to your balance before your credit card is charged.

  Your credit card information is secure and never stored on Cloudrun servers. All credit card transactions are securely processed using Stripe.

• Do you offer different plans?

  We currently offer only a pay-as-you-go plan. Please reach out to hello@cloudrun.co if you'd like to run Cloudrun on your own hardware as a subscription service.

• Do you offer education or quantity discounts?

  Please reach out to hello@cloudrun.co and let us know about your need for educational use of Cloudrun or if you intend to use Cloudrun to create many concurrent or recurring WRF simulations.
